2nd visit with students. Iniesta. Spain
TEACHERS MEETING
15th February, Iniesta (Spain)
1. The visit to Germany will take place from 8th up to 12th of May. We have to confirm our flight tickets as soon as possible and the coordinator asks to arrive if possible early in the morning so they can pick us up at the airport before lunch time. Students will have to prepare two videos with typical Soups in the area. They will last about 6-7 minutes in total. We have to send the students cards to the coordinator in a week time so she can start thinking about the distribution.
2. We are going to set up the dates for Romania via email, so students can have enough time just after summer holidays to prepare the videos. We have been thinking dates around 1st/5th October. The students will have to prepare two videos about main dishes (this time is meat). The coordinator asks us to book tickets soon (maybe in a week time) and if possible to Bucharest in the morning.
3. We have to think about dates for Turkey (19th/23rd of November or 26th/30th). Italy is in February and Poland in April.
4. As for the evaluation of the visit in Spain, the coordinators will send the Spanish coordinator some general feedback about the cultural visits and the activities. Then, it will be published on the website.
5. Each country will have to prepare a video about their school (Spain has already done it) to upload it to the web. Also, each country will have to make a word document which includes the name of the recipes, a picture, the ingredients and the preparation. It will be uploaded to the webpage too.
